I put the 'do not disturb sign' out because I wanted to save some money on costs, as the front desk advertised I would get a discount if I opted to not have my room serviced. The minute I step up to the front desk I was overcome by cigarette smoke! Gross! The staff were cold and rude. Ha! I could care less! So I told them I did not use any of these things! The rude clerk did not care, said 'you should be aware that all the casinos charge this'. Ha! yeah you have access but you are still charged by the minute if you use it.

Swimming pool (ha! it was out side and unheated!), we were there in December. I was handed a small yellow paper with fine print on it with a list of items. Then upon check out we discovered that fee was actually a $14.55 due to tax! I asked to see what amenities I was getting charged for.

They had a hidden $12.99 daily 'amenities' fee which I did not find out about until we checked in. They had the lowest price of all the casinos we looked at.
